Description: Executive Director of the Foundation
Reports To: IVCC President
Salary: Commensurate with Education & Experience; Excellent Benefits Package
Position Summary: .Responsible for leadership and oversight for the IVCC Foundation and all related fundraising and community outreach, including developing and maintaining relationships with donors and the IVCC community. This administrator supervises Foundation staff.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or related discipline required; Master's degree preferred. Demonstrated supervision of professional level staff with leadership, management, budget, and administrative skills; demonstrated success and evidence of ability to plan and execute a fund drive; and must be bondable required. Five years of full-time, progressively responsible fundraising experience; experience working in a foundation or fundraising department at a community college; professional experience in event planning or fundraising software, including Blackbaud's The Raiser's Edge; promotion and engagement campaigns via social media platforms preferred.
