Overview

Illinois Mathematics & Science Academy (IMSA) is seeking an individual to fill the role of "Assistant Sponsor" for the high school's Scholastic Bowl co-curricular for the upcoming 2024 - 2025 school year. Experience in a high school coaching or sponsoring role or club setting is preferred. This is a stipend position that is based on experience in sponsoring and years involved in the co-curricular. The Assistant Sponsor must be able to pass a background check, pass a CPR/AED basic life saving course and possess a valid Illinois drivers license to be able to drive any of the IMSA vehicles, which include up to a 14 passenger mini-bus. (no additional tests or endorsements are needed to operate these vehicles) This position will work directly with the Head Coach, who works under the direction of the Coordinator of Athletics & Co-Curriculars at IMSA.
