Description
Illinois Electric Works is an electric motor shop that provides high quality service, distribution, sales, maintenance, and repair of high performance industrial equipment including motors, pumps, cranes, hoists, and fans.
We are looking for someone to join our customer service team, supporting primarily the Crane and Hoist department.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answer customer inquiries
- Order parts needed for hoist repairs
- prepare invoices
- assist in scheduling technicians
- data entry for all functions
Requirements
- 1 year experience in a customer service or data entry role, ideally in a B2B setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Close attention to detail, passion for accuracy
