Description
Hinsdale Orthopaedics, a division of Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, currently has a position available for Patient Service Representatives to cover our busy Joliet office. Actual hours may vary slightly but are expected to be Mon. - Thurs. from 4:00 pm-close (8-9 pm) and Saturdays from 8:30am - close (1-2 pm). Duties include answering patient phone calls, making appointments, registering patients and collecting co-pays and account balances, as well as filing and miscellaneous clerical duties.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a HS graduate or equivalent, has excellent communication and people skills, good basic computer skills, is detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment. Prior customer service experience is required, preferably in a health care environment. EPIC experience is a plus.
