About:

A Chambers ranked law firm are currently seeking a Mid-Level Health Care Litigation, Government and Investigations associate to join their national practice in Atlanta. The practice group advise clients in managing risk and resolving complex disputes, and are experienced in litigating government investigations and health care disputes in different forums (including lawsuits, arbitrations, administrative hearings, audits and investigations).

Experience:

Desired candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb research, writing and communication skills. You must possess a minimum of three years' experience in health care litigation, with strong expeirence in federal and state court practice and procedure as well as alternative dispute resolution. Substantive experience with federal criminal practice or government investigations including the False Claims Act, Anti-kickback statue, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, OIG/DOJ investigations, and health care fraud is a plus.
