iLink Resources is Hiring an Electrical Estimator - PM (FC) Near Lyons, IL

This is a 100% on-site role. Remote work is not offered for this position.

Looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator/PM near Brookfield, IL.
This is a Direct-Hire opportunity with a salary range of 80k-125k DOE***
SR. PM is closer to 125k.

ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR/Project Manager

2 years plus
The ideal candidate would provide estimates to general contractors, and business owners.
Knowledge of reading, interpreting, and understanding blueprints, specifications, and bid documents.
Ability to provide thorough estimates/proposals to the customer.
Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, sub-contractors, and co-workers in the field and office.
Applying for permits and finalizing inspections.
Ability to market to new customers.
Run small projects with union employees on site with GC.
Seek out bidding opportunities that align with company strategy and workload needs.
Foster relationships with clients and general contractors to gain access to future opportunities.
Prepare and submit final job cost estimates for customer review.
Assist in the preparation of bid packages for submission to customers.
Knowledge of reading, interpreting, and understanding blueprints, specifications, and bid documents.
Must have experience and knowledge of current NEC.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and industry estimating software.
Valid driver’s license.
Electrical knowledge and field experience preferred.
