Job Title: Athletic Trainer

Reports to: Athletic Director and High School Director (Principal)

Requirements:

• Holds valid Athletic Trainer Certification or New Jersey License of Eligibility
• CPR and AED Certified
• Fingerprints and Background Check
• All other iLearn Schools HR Hiring Requirements
• Substitute Teacher Certification

Experience: Previous experience as an athletic trainer.

Physical Requirements:

• Eye-hand, mind-eye coordination, physical dexterity, and the ability to bend, stoop, walk, talk, and sit. The ability to travel between locations.
• Valid Driver’s License

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Must have experience or a desire to work in a diverse school district
• General knowledge of athletic training techniques and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to instruct, lead and supervise student athletes
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Hours:

• 2:00-7:00 after school.
• Hours differ depending on the season.
• Weekend practices and games as needed.

Compensation: Pursuant to the iLearn Schools Salary Scale. $135.00/day
