iLeaf Property Management is Hiring a Property Manager Near Olympia, WA

We are seeking a high-energy property management professional (Property Manager) to lease apartments and townhomes in Olympia. Ideal candidates are outgoing, customer-service and detail oriented.

Have:

- 10 year experience in property management is required

- Great marketing skills and/or leasing track record

- Solid grasp of property management accounting, operations and landlord-tenant law is preferred

- High-level office and computer skills --- Appfolio experience is a huge plus!

Do:

- Maximize the opportunity to convert leads to leases

- Serve the residents of the community

- Manage all other team members

- Prepare and deliver correspondence with residents

- Maximize resident relations at every touch

- Property management tasks as assigned

- Coordinating workorders with maintenance staff

Be:

- High-Energy and positive with proven leasing, resident relations/retention skills

- Organized and responsible

- A collaborator with a can-do attitude

- Fun to work with

The Job: Our Property Manager specific responsibilities include:

  • Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy
  • Meet and greet prospective residents and vendors in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Qualify potential residents by determining his or her need(s) and eligibility
  • Tour apartments with potential residents stay current with property specific information
  • Prepare and submit all administrative forms, files and reports in an accurate, organized, and punctual manner

The Details: Our Property Managers should have:

  • Prior Assistant Property Management experience
  • Leasing software required
  • Microsoft software knowledge preferred
  • Customer service experience required

Required:

- Must be able to work some Saturdays

- Start at 40 hours per work-week

Pay: $58,000-$66,000/annual (based on prior experience)

Expected hours: 40 per week
