* Compensation for Table Games Dealers is a combination of hourly pay and tips which are pooled between all dealers. Base hourly pay rate is $12.80 or higher based upon experience. With tips, dealers have recently earned up to $28.80 per hour. Combined compensation information is provided based upon historical tip rates which are not guaranteed to remain at this level. The training period for dealers is not paid!
