WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

• Accurately entering received products into JDE system in a timely manner.
• Assist staff with special projects/requests as requested.
• Create, enter data and maintain multiple spreadsheets in Excel
• Answering phone calls in a professional manner and direct phone calls appropriately
• Greet and assist visitors at the Plant
• Work with suppliers to resolve any issues/discrepancies once invoices are received
• Create orders for shipment and release railcars when required
• Collaborate and support the Plant with data management, analytics, and reporting
• Create purchase requisitions, maintain all purchase orders and receive invoices as required
• Schedule and coordinate with carriers for pickup of products at Plant in a timely and efficient matter and maintain shipping functions
• Perform other administrative duties including but not limited to daily filing/organizing documents, maintaining office supplies, record meeting minutes, and generating reports

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Industrial / manufacturing background.
• Ability to consistently interact with clients, employees and staff professionally and respectfully.
• Ability to follow and interpret written work instructions and prioritize tasks independently.
• Experience with entering received product into a computerized program, i.e., JD Edwards, Mapics or MAS90.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a business-related capacity.
• Proven computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Willingness and ability to cross-train in other functions as/if requested, i.e., health and safety, purchasing, human resources, raw materials ordering, etc.
• WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;
• Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. Some specific training may require international travel.
