About Us:
Join the dynamic team at iKids U, where we're on the lookout for a dedicated and motivated Part-Time Site Coordinator to manage the daily activities of our after-school program. This role entails overseeing staff, ensuring a secure and inviting space for children, fostering open communication with parents and school authorities, and ensuring alignment with iKids U's program objectives. Site Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of Instructors and fellow program staff
• Handle program logistics, such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and maintaining supplies
• Participate in weekly meetings (every Monday morning) at the corporate office in Manor, TX. Collect essential materials for the school site.
• Uphold compliance with safety regulations and licensing prerequisites
• Keep parents and school officials updated on program developments and student progress
• Collaborate with iKids U leadership to establish and actualize program aims

Site Coordinator Requirements:

• Preferably has or working to obtain a Bachelor's degree in education, child development, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of program management experience, with a preference for backgrounds in after-school programs or youth development
• Familiarity with child psychology and effective behavior management strategies
• Display adept leadership and organizational competencies
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication proficiencies
• Capable of both independent and collaborative work settings
• CPR and First Aid certification or a willingness to attain certification
