JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate, ON SITE!!

1 year of experience in a high-volume customer facing environment

HOURS – From 20-34 hours per week

SHIFT – Seeking work schedule availability open on all days including Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement. The operations generally range between the window of 8am to 11pm, and the work schedules are published three weeks in advance.

PAY – The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $17.42- 24 and will be based on IKEA STRUCTURE relevant work experience.

We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises by preventing theft and minimizing losses.

Duties:

- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor premises
- Write detailed reports on any incidents or suspicious activities
- Utilize knowledge of law enforcement procedures in handling security issues
- Possess a certificate in Criminal Investigation or related field
- Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets
- Manage conflicts and resolve issues effectively

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in surveillance, CCTV monitoring, and report writing
- Background in law enforcement or related field is advantageous
- Possession of a certificate in Criminal Investigation is preferred
- Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and strategies
- Proficient in conflict management and resolution
