Who We Are Looking For The Security Command Center Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing the overall coordination, reporting, and administration of the Command Center (CC). The PM has oversight of the operational responsibilities of the CC and oversees all phases of technical tools and processes in the CC. The PM is empowered to make real-time decisions and to escalate issues to the Client Contract Manager or designee. What You Will Work On Operations Management: The PM is the on-site point of contact for all the vendor contractor operations at the client site. The PM will oversee the command, control, and communications of incidents and emergencies. The PM will be available for immediate consultation and informal information sharing with the on-duty watch team and guide the CC personnel, as required. Communications: Will have responsibility for and oversight over all basic communications including but not limited to the production of a Security Bulletin for each weekday. Systems Monitoring and Operation: The PM will ensure that the CC provides support for client proprietary systems, security databases, and other monitoring and operating systems. Personnel Management: The PM will manage the schedule of the CC vendor contractor staff; all other HR responsibilities belong to the vendor’s headquarters. Project Support: The PM will engage with the Client Contract Manager to engage and support corporate security projects that potentially impact CC operations. Documentation/Report Writing: The PM is responsible for proofreading, quality assurance, and performing detailed, ad hoc analyses of reports. The PM oversees the management of standard operating procedures, formal workflows, and cross-team guidelines. Performance Management/QA: The PM will review and create and manage contract deliverables and promote innovation and growth of the program through documents to include, but not limited to service level agreements (SLA), Program Progression models, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), deliver ad hoc assignments, assist on ad hoc projects. The PM will complete program plans, products, and gap analyses for the CC. The PM will manage quality assurance/control of all contract deliverables.Other Duties and Responsibilities Will gather data and metrics for presentations and reports as directed by the client Will report weekly operations to the client Will manage inventory of equipment and tools issued to CC personnel Will work alongside the operations team to cover incidents, as needed Who You Will Work With The Security Command Center Project Manager (PM) will be the vendor’s primary liaison with the Client, especially the Client Contract Manager, and reports to an executive who is located at the vendor’s headquarters. Daily, the PM works closely with the Client Contract Manager to set priorities for the Command Center (CC) and ensure that the team is meeting all deliverables promptly. The PM will develop and administer the metrics used to measure and evaluate performance and interface directly with both the Bank’s representatives and vendor leadership to ensure that staffing and other services are delivered according to contract scope and service level agreements. The PM has direct operational control of all CC personnel. What You Will Bring A graduate-level degree or at least five (5) years of experience in management, security/emergency management, criminal justice/criminology, security policy studies, or a related field is required.Must have strong experience in managing security operations and the ability to supervise operations personnel.
