The REL Officer implements research and evaluation tasks in the Research, Evaluation, and Learning (REL) department. The Research Analyst designs and conducts monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of international fellowship and scholarship programs for IIE and external clients, including foundations, corporations, and government agencies, and conducts research studies on academic mobility and international exchange. The REL Officer is responsible for all aspects of M&E or research projects, including: (1) the design of an M&E or research plan; (2) implementing methodology; (3) data collection and analysis; and (4) communication of findings. The REL Officer serves as an internal resource for IIE team members on evaluation and research questions and practices and provides data support to the Office of the President and Business Development department.
The Institute of International Education (“IIE”) has a hybrid work environment that allows team members a combination of in-office work and telework at any of the locations listed above.
Salary Range: $55,043 - $70,386 (enter min - max and if Union only the entry of the grade). A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, internal organizational equity, and geographic region.
