IHLPHILLY is Hiring a Waiter/Waitress Near Philadelphia, PA
We are looking for experienced Servers to take and deliver food orders with experience in a faced paced night life environment. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers upon seating
- Collaborate with and work as a team with the other staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Greet customers and present menu
- Make menu recommendations or share additional information upon request
- Collect payments
- Responsible to gain menu knowledge
- Engage in casual conversation
- Maintain a sanitary environment
- Promote Business in various ways weekly
- Follow Dress/Attire established
- Be Punctual
Skills
- Proven experience as waiter/waitress in a faced paced environment
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
