Ignite Technical Resources is Hiring a Senior Project Manager [BHJOB13022_12677] Near Vancouver, WA
On behalf of our large public-sector client based in Vancouver, Ignite Technical Resources is seeking a Senior Project Manager to assist with the replacement of client’ Customer Interaction Center application with SAPs C4 Service Cloud application. The initial contract engagement is for 12 months with potential to extend.
Mandatory Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of project management experience working on large IT projects in a complex enterprise environment or equivalent.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in an SAP environment (but that experience needs not be as a PM).
- Experience with SAP IS-U or CRMB or CX Service Cloud will be an asset
- Experience with SAP Activate will be an asset
- Experience with Agile SCRUM or any form of iterative development similar to Agile SCRUM will be an asset especially in the role of Scrum Master
- Experience with JIRA will be an asset
Nice-to-Have:
- Utilities industry experience
