Ignite Technical Resources is Hiring a Power BI Developer [BHJOB13022_12702] Near Vancouver, WA

On behalf of our client in Burnaby, Ignite Technical Resources is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer with our client for a contract opportunity.

Role Description:
This resource will design and develop data analytics for Human Resources and other internal audiences using Power BI.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop data analytics and dashboard solutions for Human Resources and other internal audiences
Analyze functional requirements provided by IT Business Systems Analysts and collaborates with Business Support resources to design viable reporting solutions using Power BI
Takes on all aspects of the dashboard development life cycle including data analysis, development, and performing and managing unit, systems testing, deployment and post-deployment support.
Provide input to further develop our client’s Power BI reporting standards and framework
Assists Application Teams with troubleshooting and resolving data-related and visualization issues.

Requirements

5 years of experience providing solutions using Power BI Service
5 years of experience building Talent Analytics for Human Resources
Excellent dashboard design and development skills, UX/UI skills and data analysis skills
Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving and judgement skills
Ability to work well under pressure and able to manage simultaneous priorities, pressures, and deadlines
Be able to provide samples or portfolio of Power BI dashboards developed
Experience working for public agencies and/or social service organizations
