Ignite Fueling Innovation is Hiring a DEFENSIVE CYBER KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST Near Scott, IL

Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detailed Defensive Cyber Knowledge Management Specialist

to join our team supporting the US Air Force, in San Antonio, TX and Scott AFB, IL. This position is expected to be onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and analyze productivity solutions, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, used by the 67 CW Unit and act as the liaison between users and implementation team.
  • Utilize the Department of the Air Force 365 (DAF365) Platform or equivalent system of record to implement agile application enhancements, custom user experiences, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and simple visualizations.
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure system administration and infrastructure needs are met and install and configure updates provided by system engineering and integration teams.
  • Conduct regular review, clean-up, management, and configuration of Knowledge Management solution accounts and sites and support migration to the latest version of Knowledge Management tools.
  • Provide periodic support for operational and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify and report security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • Perform discovery and engage with subject matter experts to capture requirements and map requirements to features.
  • Implement components of the Department of the Air Force 365 (DAF365) Platform or equivalent system of record in conjunction with productivity solutions used by 67 CW units.
  • Design decision-generating solutions leveraging custom user experience, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualizations.
  • Develop custom Department of the Air Force 365 (DAF365) Platform or equivalent system of record elements and gain applied knowledge of Power Platform services.
  • Review solutions and productivity solutions for adherence to organization specifications and standards.
  • Troubleshoot system-related problems, as needed.
  • Act as a key contributor to innovation and build proof of concept examples that can be leveraged across current and future Knowledge Management tools.
Job Requirements:
  • IAT Level II certification at task start.
  • Completion of Microsoft PL-200 (Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant) and PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer) within six months of task start.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Top Secret Clearance Required
