Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure efficient and effective processes. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team, implementing strategic plans, and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages a safe workplace by advocating safety training and accident preparedness; ensuring that all employees consistently follow appropriate work protocol and safety guidelines.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffing of all shifts.
• Participates in the hiring process for the warehouse team. Manages warehouse workforce that receives, stocks, rotates, and pulls products and ensures that work is completed using safe practices.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Responsible for the training, coaching, and performance management of each member of the team.
• Monitors workflow and ensure proper inventories are properly managed and organized in the warehouse.
• Supervises the completion of all daily warehouse work.
• Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.
• Completes all required management reports.
• Executes maintenance activities when needed.
• Leads the facility in the safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
• Performs analysis and makes staffing adjustments to match the workflow.
• Ensures adherence to proper work methods.
• Seeks consistent improvements.
• Ensure performance plans are set, maintained, and continuously improved by Human Resources Management
• Actively develop Supervisors and Staff, coaches, and counsels with integrity
• Inspire the team with challenging assignments and coaching to facilitate individual growth and development; foster a collaborative environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued.
• Reinforces positive work environment and company culture.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with your peers, team, and senior managers to communicate effectively, collaborate across departments, and strategically implement solutions.
• Mediates conflict resolution.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Previous experience managing diverse teams of 50 associates. Must have excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Minimum an associate degree in business management.
• Clean driving record.
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong business acumen with a focus on profit loss and sales growth
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution
• Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience in business development and customer relationship management
• 4 years of warehouse management, manufacturing, or related recycling operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop leaders from the team.
• Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others.
• Must strictly adhere to defined work guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
