Description

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Follow and enforce all environmental health and safety procedures and report all near misses, incidents, and hazards. Constantly promote our safety always culture to our employees.
• Oversee all daily operations of the plant: Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Shipping, Production, Thermoplastics
• Provide leadership to ensure effective utilization of plant personnel and equipment.
• Ensure production schedules are setup to ensure the facility is meeting customer requirement and maximum efficiencies. 
• Ensuring Factory Housekeeping
• Schedule employees and workload with highest utilization of equipment giving maximum efficiencies. 
• Assist Human Resources in recruiting efforts for the facility
• Manages inventory levels and lead quarterly/annual inventory audits
• Monitor and maintain machine process yield

Communicate with functional departments to ensure implementation of company best practices
