Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various electronic devices, including mobile devices and computer hardware. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Analyze and troubleshoot issues with mobile devices, including Android and iOS platforms - Diagnose and repair computer hardware problems - Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs - Provide technical support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues - Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used - Assist with inventory management of repair parts and supplies - Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency Skills: - Strong technical knowledge of mobile devices, computer hardware, and operating systems - Proficient in using hand tools for equipment repair - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues - Detail-oriented with the ability to work with precision - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide technical support - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
