Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an OSP Field Technician! In this role, you will conduct thorough site surveys at client premises, documenting all relevant information and capturing photos to determine the optimal route for telecommunications infrastructure from the nearest terminal to the designated telecom room.

Duties:

• Arrive punctually for appointments with building owners or local contacts.
• Conduct inspections and photograph telco rooms, identifying duct routes from the property line's meet-me point to the demarcation/MPOP for future fiber installations.
• Assess existing terminals and cabling within the telco rooms.
• Access and photograph the interior of Handholes/Pedestals to evaluate space availability for new cables.
• Document findings and upload all necessary photos and data to the company's shared folder.

Experience:

• Previous experience as an OSP Field Technician or a similar role within the telecommunications industry is required.
• Proficiency with a measuring wheel and other surveying and GIS tools.
• Knowledge of cabling infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with telecommunication providers and team members.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
