General Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team in in Lakewood, CO. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are subject to change. 

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling mail.
Filing and Data Entry: Maintain organized filing systems and accurately enter data into databases or spreadsheets.
Scheduling: Assist in scheduling warranty appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Documentation: Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of documents, reports, and presentations.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of office expenses, invoices, and receipts.
Technology Support: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist with office equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Prior experience in an office assistant role is preferred but not required.
 • Advanced computer skills
