IES Residential is seeking an Office Clerk to join our team in Mint, NC.

• Strong personality answering phones 
• Self determined and motivated
• Scheduling Electrical Servicing work, Roughs and Trims, as well as managing online scheduling portals
• Data Entry, cross trained for AP/AR
• Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
