Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with external and internal organizations and stakeholders. You will play a critical role in driving membership and organizational growth and expanding our network.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to support organizational goals
- Manage existing partnerships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Implement and organize special events
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners and industry trends
- Coordinate the development of partnership proposals, contracts, and agreements
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize various software tools to track partnership activities and measure success
- Coordinate and attend career fairs at local schools and universities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in partnership management or business development
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, digital marketing, and social media management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Spanish/English bilingual a plus
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership strategies
- Experience in volunteer management, grant writing, or data collection is a plus
- Proficient in software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
