Career Service Specialist (Justice Impacted/Re-entry) - assist a diverse pool of program participants to provide support and career guidance in their decision-making process, including intensive career counseling, assessments, work experience opportunities, job search assistance conducting workshops and retention services to achieve placement and retention goals . Development of an individual employment plan informed by labor market trends and guides participants related to training/re-training needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Qualifies participants for services and/or participation in programs. Conducts assessments for employment and training needs, creates individualized plans to guide program activities and makes referrals to training services, as appropriate.
