Top Skills:

• 5 years' experience in a Level 1/Level 2 service desk or technical support role.
• Strong background in triage methodologies and processes.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL for troubleshooting and analysis.
• Techno-functional expertise, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, health insurance enrollment, Medicare, or integrated eligibility systems preferred.
