- Engage with various stakeholders, including developers, partners, and operational teams, to gather market insights through surveys and interviews.
- Deliver accurate and timely sales, financial, and market information primarily to the sales department.
- Generate sales reports, budget analyses, and ROI evaluations while participating in the annual budget development process.
- Ability to thrive in a small team environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and adeptness in navigating ambiguity.
- Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with exceptional communication skills.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing principles, preferably within the forest products or building industry.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation abilities, including trend and forecast modeling skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or financial analysis, or related fields. Experience with Excel, Tableau, Vlookup, and Salesforce.com preferred.
