Responsibilities
The Global Director of Treasury will be an executive level role responsible for coordinating all IPS Treasury activities with the IDEMIA Group Treasurer and for leading all bonding, credit notes, FX management, and cash collection activities for the IPS Division. This role will also lead and coordinate all cash forecasting activities within IPS.

• Ensures compliance with all group treasury requirements.
• Supports the IPS CFO in all cash management and treasury activities.
• Manages and oversees the treasury function including global cash collections, cash forecasting, and other treasury responsibilities.
• Leads the team of treasury professionals around the globe, provides direction and support to build a cohesive team.
• Establishes appropriate internal control systems to ensure the best banking practices are followed.
• Works with Kyriba system to optimize visibility into cash operations for IPS.
• Leads the cash collections teams to maximize cash receipts and to standardize best practices globally.
• Responsible for establishing cash flow forecast processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate forecasts.
• Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and drives process improvement across the global Treasury function.
• Provides day to day, hands-on guidance and oversight of subordinates and actively works to promote and recognize performance.
• Provides strategic thought leadership on long term treasury strategy and highlights areas of opportunity.
• Participates in and drives the process improvement and standardization projects across related functions.
• Works well with other departments to ensure clear responsibilities and smooth flows of information across the globe.
• Implements controls and procedures to ensure compliance with IDEMIA accounting and internal control rules.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting or finance or similar area or a Certified Treasury Designation
• Minimum of 10 years of prior treasury experience within a P&L environment
• Experience building and implementing cash flow models
• Experience dealing with banks to solve financial issues
• Bonding and Letter of Credit experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and to prioritize activities
• Experience developing metrics/KPIs to monitor treasury performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate information to all levels of an organization
• Experience building teams to achieve high performance standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
