We are searching for a Field Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading the Field Marketing Team in researching, planning and executing programs and events to support brand awareness for Ideal Nutrition and build community connections. Event types include corporate sponsored events and individual demonstrations with local businesses and organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Create department level event plans and organize details including but not limited to: event goals, logistics, meal orders, printed materials, vehicle assignment and oversight and event follow-up.
• Maintain a high standard of excellence for event execution and outstanding service to event guests, as well as ensuring a collaborative atmosphere amongst the team.
• Ensure excellent communication amongst internal teams so that all aspects of events are well understood and operate efficiently.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the team
• Develops and monitors key performance indicators to measure event effectiveness, analyzing metrics to inform future strategies.
• Effectively leads and manages Field Marketing team including recruiting, performance management and training and development.
• Facilitates productive team meetings and agendas to foster collaboration, streamline processes and advance departmental objectives.
• Be able to drive large branded vans responsibly (Valid driver license required for insurance purposes)

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience with event management and supervising and directing the work of others.
• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business administration or similar field
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of basic office computer, including Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Presentation)
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task with numerous deadlines.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly without assistance
• Reliable transportation, clean driving record with the ability to be insured
• Ability to work weekends and alternate hours (early mornings or evenings) is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
