Ideal Move is Hiring a Part Time Customer Service Administrative Assistant Near Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

About Ideal Move: Ideal Move is a senior move management company (not a moving company) dedicated to helping seniors through the downsizing and relocation process when they move to a smaller home, such as a retirement community. We manage and coordinate all aspects of the transition, from downsizing decisions, furniture placement design, logistics planning, packing services, home set up services, and estate cleanouts.

This is a great company for people who like to help others and work with seniors. The work is rewarding, never boring, and varies a lot.

Location: First month of training in Ponte Vedra Beach office, option to work from home afterwards.

Job Description: We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will interact with customers via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction, and will provide support for the sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming customer calls and e-mails in a polite and professional manner
  • Gather and record customer information and requirements into our CRM system
  • Answer and resolve customer questions
  • Schedule sales appointments and service delivery teams
  • Monitor customer orders throughout the process to ensure quality service
  • Maintain and update our filing system
  • Perform simple accounts payable and invoicing duties
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met
  • Other duties as requested

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Senior industry experience is a plus
  • Logistics/relocation experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and able to learn new systems
  • Strong organization and time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have hardware and phone to be able to work from home when needed

Schedule:

  • Part-time position, two to three 8-hour days per week
  • Can consider mornings or afternoons, 5 days per week
  • Monday-Friday
