About Ideal Move: Ideal Move is a senior move management company (not a moving company) dedicated to helping seniors through the downsizing and relocation process when they move to a smaller home, such as a retirement community. We manage and coordinate all aspects of the transition, from downsizing decisions, furniture placement design, logistics planning, packing services, home set up services, and estate cleanouts.

Job Description: We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will interact with customers via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction, and will provide support for the sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.
