Job Description: This is a unique opportunity to grow our Service presence in Nashville. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our team in Nashville. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional roofing solutions to our commercial and industrial clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, including business development, managing service technicians, coordinating service requests, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer service.
• Coordinate service requests, including scheduling, dispatching, and prioritizing tasks to meet client needs and deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine the scope of work and provide accurate cost estimates and proposals to clients.
• Oversee service project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Develop new and existing client relationships. 
• Maintain open communication with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the service department.
• Accountable for Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Education And Experience Requirements:

• 5 Years of Work Experience in the Commercial Roofing industry
• Familiar with Details and Requirements related to the installation of the following roof systems:
  • PVC, TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Asphalt Shingles
• Bi-Lingual is a plus
