Job Description The High School Equivalency Program (HEP) Instruction Specialist is committed to expanding educational opportunities to migrant seasonal farmworkers and their families. This position requires assisting in the development and delivery of a robust instructional and academic support plan that meets the needs of HEP participants and ensures that annual GED completion and postsecondary transition goals for the program are met. Salary will be between $46,050 and $49,500 per year,commensurate with education and experience.
