Job Description

The Grant Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and leadership of the Idaho HealthCorps AmeriCorps program in conjunction with the project team. This position is responsible for the full spectrum of the program, including leadership, planning, reporting, and programming to ensure that all grant deliverables are met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruit and enroll host placement sites and AmeriCorps members
  • Conduct and coordinate AmeriCorps training and service activities
  • Maintain AmeriCorps files and records
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities
  • Prepare and submit reports to the funding agency

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: health care administration, business administration, or operations management
  • Project coordination skills/management
  • Evidence of high attention to detail
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Program management work experience
  • Experience working with grant-funded programs
Additional Information
