Responsibilities: Performs personal nursing care for elderly residents. Determines resident needs and takes and records vital signs. Provides personal hygiene care and maintains a safe and sanitary resident-care environment. Lifts, positions, transports, and escorts residents and assists with walking and other body movements. Feeds residents who require assistance and implements individual resident treatment plans as outlined by supervisor.
