The QA Engineer II will apply the principles and practices of quality assurance throughout SDLC process to ensure design quality, making sure that the software adheres to standards for testing all software products built in-house or configured on the cloud. In this role you will collaborate within the team and partner with internal stakeholders to plan, test, and implement all software changes to ensure products conform to the desired quality standard. Accountable for defects and ensuring systems are operational and “client ready,” additionally develop, maintain and execute automated scripts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Completes moderate to high complexity initiatives within one or more development environments.
Develops detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Serves as subject matter expert for a single business area or technical product.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role does not have direct reports but may mentor and/or train less experienced members.

The current salary range for this position is $77,586.10 to $130,843.64. This range is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at ICW Group, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors unique to each candidate; including experience, education, and location of the role and considers employees performing substantially similar work.
