Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly compassionate, Program Assistant, to join our team that is willing to make a positive impact and difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to our individuals in a facility-based real-world program.

Duties:
- Teach, empower, and support individuals with disabilities
- Develop and implement daily lessons with our team of staff, based on ISP/Goal Sheets, personal choice and needs of our individuals
- Instruct daily educational activities as directed in the facility and/or community
- Transport individuals throughout the community (agency vehicle provided)

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent and one-year experience in industrial work, sheltered workshop, or another rehabilitative program

Valid Driver's License

Criminal Background Clearance

Good oral and written communication skills
