Requirement: Healthcare Product Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Day 1 onsite & Locals only)

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

Note: Need Senior Product Manager who has Health Care domain experience and need to build the team from scratch in offshore/Onshore model

• 8 -- 10 yrs of experience in Healthcare industry, having great understand HCP, Medical content, and Medical publishing space.
• Experience in Agile Project Management, Delivery Management, Scrum Master.
• Strong leadership, Interpersonal, team building and customer relationship skills, Managing/coordinating large scale programs.
• Specialized in leading high-performance teams.
• Accustomed in managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Stakeholder Management. Experience in Risk Management Risk Identification, Analyze and assessment, categorization, derive probably, severity and risk score and capture the responses Experience in SDLC life cycle and Experience on various development frameworks like Agile SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall models.
• Experience in driving end to end project management from Initiation to closure, Planning, Scheduling, Risk Management, Monitoring and control.
