Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage the day-to-day implementation of QPHE s project to leverage NC HealthConnex for quality and population health, including finalizing the project design, leading the implementation of technology changes and healthcare provider supports, and developing a strategy around future phases of work.
Support partner engagement and vendor management, including with the Health Information Exchange Authority, Medicaid population health and quality measurement subject matter experts, Medicaid analysts, vendor, Prepaid Health Plans, providers, and other divisions in NCDHHS.
Perform comprehensive process monitoring to oversee and adjust technology changes and policies as they are implemented.
Ensure technology and business partners have formative information to plan and adapt their work in adherence to best practices, current policies, and stakeholder demands.
