ICONIQ Capital is Hiring a Senior Associate, People Operations Near San Francisco, CA

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven operations professional to support and lead various people related initiatives within the ICONIQ Growth team. This unique and exciting position will handle a wide breadth of internal processes and projects, including those pertaining to performance management, recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training, team engagement, and much more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Effectively support and manage development and implementation of internal processes and new systems for the Growth Team in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to elevate efficiency and efficacy.
  • Build out the Growth Team’s annual performance review calendar and effectively execute on the tasks related to various evaluation cycles throughout the year for all functional teams.
  • Lead ongoing Investment Associate and Growth Team recruiting processes, in partnership with ICONIQ Talent Acquisition as well as oversee new hire onboarding and training programs, including annual training programs for incoming summer interns and full-time investment professionals.
  • Partner with Human Capital and other ICONIQ departments to maintain accurate employee records and internal data and perform people data analyses as needed.
  • Support Growth Team engagement and lead existing internal initiatives, such as the team mentorship program, and ideate on new efforts to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Build rapport across the Growth Team and broader firm and serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, constantly exhibiting confidentiality and sound judgement.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 5 years professional experience, ideally with 3 years in an operational role - background in HR, Recruiting, Chief of Staff and/or People Operations strongly preferred.
  • 1 years of experience working in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking and/or Consulting environments welcomed but not required.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to diplomatically navigate complex situations.
  • Superior written and verbal communication and project management skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and presence to work with all levels of the firm including external counterparts.
  • Expert experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong time management skills: ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a strong degree of accuracy, creativity, and independence.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $155,000-$175,000 together with a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program.
