Responsibilities:

Responsible for helping to define the overall product vision and strategy. Set long-term goals and objectives for the product, aligning it with the company's mission and market needs. Conduct extensive market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition. Assist in managing the product roadmap, outlining the high-level direction of the product over time, aligning with the product vision and reflect prioritized features and enhancements. Product Managers act as a bridge between various stakeholders, including customers, executives, and development teams. Communicate the product's strategy, pricing and launch progress, and changes to stakeholders. Provide input about the product(s), such as feature scope, and budget allocation in the context of achieving a product’s business goals.

Requirements:

• B.S./B.A. Degree in business or related field and a minimum of 2 years related experience
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in business/sales/marketing environment preferred
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Quick learner and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of current trends and new developments in customer communications, product marketing, telecom trends
• Ability to travel as needed (10%)
• US Citizenship required
Hybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-person
