  • Mentor other software team members toward a proper understanding of the principles, practice, and standards of software design.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8 years experience in software development with, desirably, experience in a software technical leadership role.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or 8 years of equivalent experience.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills, a thorough understanding of product development, and experience working with senior leadership teams.
  • Self-starting attitude, excited to make things happen in new and ambiguous situations.
  • Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent skills in both static and dynamic typed languages, including but not limited to C#, Python, Go, Elixir, and Javascript/Typescript (Rust would be a plus).
