We are a SEASONAL ICE CREAM TRUCK company that is currently looking for a honest, loyal, responsible person. Who will Performs duties, including, mailing and filing correspondence, preparing payrolls, placing orders, and answering calls. Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors. Sorts and distributes incoming mail. Arranges meetings ,interviews and trainings. Ensure the Trucks adheres to the company accounting, payroll, and cash handling policies and procedures to comply with legislation and prevent losses.

Responsibilities

• Assit with interviews/ Training
• coordinate routes and set-up booked appointments
• Marketing
• Pick Up/ keep count of inventory

• Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (computer and iPad)
• Ability to drive and travel regularly
• Valid driving license

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
