We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and establishing strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and establish contact
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
Skills:
- Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Strong business development and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
