Need a Regional Manager of Operations in the following location.

Flagstaff, AZ (will travel to Prescott, Show Low, Kingman)

POSITION: Regional Manager

Compensation: $45K - $50K

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: but are not limited to:

Oversees the daily operating function of the organization's operational service delivery to ensure that it operates safely and within the guidelines of iCare Health Services policies and the Division of the Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

  • As a member of the iCHS (iCare Health Services) Leadership Team, the Regional Manager is a strategic leader, overseeing several key operational teams for the Care Delivery business segment
  • Understand DDD's care regulations and support the care program by regularly meeting with the Program’s Services managers/supervisor/coordinators/leads to discuss and address concerns of the department
  • Define and articulate the direction and focus of the Care Delivery Operations team; develop, communicate, and execute strategies and operational objectives to deliver on Care Delivery segment goals
  • Build, lead, and optimize iCHS operational teams; design team structure and processes, oversee talent acquisition and ongoing employee growth & development, deploy necessary resources and technology needed to optimize execution, delivery, and scalability
  • Maintains current departmental policies, procedures and licenses, in accordance with company, Federal, State and local requirements
  • Serve as an escalation point for Care Delivery operations team members, families, DDD, and partners
  • Maximize operational performance according to iCHS key performance indicators, and overarching iCHS areas of focus and KPIs across all workstreams
  • Lead and develop team members, mentor managers, provide ongoing employee growth & development, and support on prioritization & escalations
  • Coordinate operational functions and processes in conjunction with key partners across the enterprise, to achieve goals and ensure smooth and efficient partnerships; establish new partnership and processes to optimize execution, delivery, and scalability
  • Provide overarching communications and reporting strategy to the Care Delivery Operations team; Ensure information is efficiently and effectively communicated to all key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage risks associated with the iCHS Operations team
  • Support expansion into new product/service lines and multi state/multi-unit operating models
  • Site visitation to various iCHS locations in the South Regions as needed to ensure programs are complying to agency’s policies and DDD/State regulations.
  • Ensure all iCare Health Group Homes managers, Day programs and other program managers are following the policies of the Company
  • Ensure all programs are DDD compliant, and clinical supervision is conducted monthly
  • Ensure staffing with each programs under supervision are sufficient
  • Will be traveling to multiple locations in the Tucson/Safford area
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years' experience in management role and health care management.
  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
  • Bachelor's degree in business or in a related field is preferred.
  • Successful history of building teams and meeting financial goals.
  • Knowledge of various computer systems, particularly Excel and Word.
  • High degree of accuracy in all assignments; ability to manage time effectively, work with numerous interruptions.
  • Strong in initiative, good judgment; employs professional ethics; has a pleasant manner, good communication skills and the ability to motivate.
  • Capacity to work in stressful environment and to work flexible hours, and on call 24/7.
  • Capability to become licensed as an administrator if needed
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete all necessary in-service training, and ability to obtain CPR and basic first aid, Article 9, Fingerprint card, Prevention and Support, and medication administration certification (if applicable)
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a demonstrated safe driving record.
  • Need to have prior experience with creating behavior treatment plans for members or willing to be trained on creating behavior treatment plans for members

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION NEEDED:
Ability to satisfactorily complete all necessary in-service training, and ability to obtain CPR and basic first aid, Article 9, DCW (obtained within 90 days of hire), Fingerprint card, and medication administration certification (if Applicable);
