iCare Health Services LLC is a healthcare company providing quality life-enhancing services to individuals and families in the State of Arizona since 2016. iCHS offers a unique combination of premier services such as day programs, behavioral health services, residential services, employment services, specialized habilitation services, and home and community-based social services to Arizona residents. Our program both support and empower adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities—as well as adults with mental health challenges. Partnering with them are their caregivers, professionals, and families to help them learn, grow, and thrive in the communities that they live in.

Need a Caregiver/BHT for a group home located in the following locations:

Kingman, AZ

Schedules May Vary: Start Date June 5th

Monday - Friday

7 am - 3 pm

3 pm - 11 pm

11pm - 7 am

Saturday and Sunday:

7 am - 11 pm or 7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm and overnight 11 pm - 7 am

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, toileting, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Ambulation and transfer assistance.
• Transportation: Accompany client to appointments, local trips
• General housekeeping and cleaning of client’s home, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, making beds, dusting, emptying trash, pet maintenance and all other tasks indicated on the service plan.
• Laundry, including washing, drying, folding, putting away, and ironing of clothes.
• Menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, including meal planning, cooking, and proper storage of food, as well as cleaning up after the meal service. This may include eating assistance.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship, including activities, discussions, encouragement, reassurance, and redirection as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Behavioral Health - 1 yr.
• Development/Intellectual Disabilities experience - 6 months (preferred)
• Valid Drivers License and a safe driving record
• Read, write and speak English
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Caregiving - 1 year (Required)

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION NEEDED:
Ability to satisfactorily complete all necessary in-service training, and ability to obtain CPR and basic first aid, Article 9, DCW (obtained within 90 days of hire), Fingerprint card, and medication administration certification (if Applicable);
