iCap Equity is seeking an exceptional marketer to join its marketing team here in Seattle! This role is an excellent opportunity to utilize creative communication and writing skills to promote iCap’s marketing strategies, value proposition, and expertise for the firm’s product offerings. The iCap distribution channel will utilize the creation of all marketing pieces for its promotional activities and campaigns. In this capacity, you will be collaborating with the marketing team of iCap clients, such as broker dealers, advisors, and financial institutions to better understand their marketing needs and compliance requirements for product promotion, approved sales ideas, and the creation of educational pieces. You will create marketing strategies and publish written material for industry conferences and support the sales team by attending industry events. A successful candidate will be familiar with the financial services industry and investment products, specifically in the Real Estate sector.

What you’ll be doing:

• Write copy that complements the creative concepts and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials.
• Produce high-quality digital and print solutions for marketing campaigns, product marketing materials, and websites.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
• Collaborate with marketing and distribution departments to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials; interpret creative direction and technical information to develop and produce creative copy concepts.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify marketing opportunities and target audience.
• Prepare digital files in accordance with team specifications for printing or other purposes.
• Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to client representatives as needed; work with clients to edit and modify copy to meet their content expectations.

We want to hear from people who have:

• 4-5 years of marketing and content writing experience with solid portfolio work.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Thorough understanding of marketing ideas and methods.
• Effective research, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in content management systems and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Creativity, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Real Estate market and investment products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
