Ibrahim Law Office, LLC is Hiring an Immigration Paralegal Near Chicago, IL

Chicago immigration law firm seeks an experienced paralegal. The hours are flexible, and we can accommodate either part or full-time. We are a small but passionate immigration firm with a solid reputation within the immigration law community. We consider our clients to be family and are very passionate about our work. You shall work with the attorney and another paralegal. We are family-oriented and work hybrid weeks with incredible flexibility.

The paralegal will be asked to handle form drafting, document collection, case preparation appointments in-office, occasional filing at USCIS/Asylum Office/EOIR, attorney-client correspondence drafting, administrative work, etc.

Requirements for the position:

  • 2 years of experience in immigration law, specifically with applications submitted to USCIS, NVC/consular processing, the Asylum Office, and/or EOIR
  • Bilingual fluency in English and either Spanish or Arabic
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive and manage your own workload
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in immigration law and policy
  • Being able to commute to and from the office, located near downtown
  • Must have a passion for immigration advocacy

Pay: $22.77 - $27.42 per hour
