You will also be part of a sought-after culture that supports dynamic career advancement and prizes work/life balance.What you'll be working on: Partner with the studio manager to establish a planning and design visionLead the design for multiple education projectsPresent and sell design solutions at client meetings and public hearingsCommunicate openly, embrace mentorship and nurture the next generation of designersLead the process to coordinate the opportunity response (example: RFP), prepares proposals, submissions and client presentationsPlans, coordinates, and manages the project process for projectsCoordinate the design, construction and management of projects, including liaising with clients, agencies - such as DSA, CDE, etc., contractors, suppliers and consultantsApply knowledge of building codes and zoning bylawsQualificationsQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Architecture15 years of Architecture experience including leading design efforts10 years' experience as a Project Architect for K-14 education work Experience on agency reviews such as DSA, local jurisdictions, etc.Licensed Architect preferredLEED accreditation preferredFamiliarity with REVIT, SketchUp, Photoshop, Miro, & Illustrator Strong verbal and written communicationOrganized, detail-oriented and self-starterThe salary range for this position is $120,000 - 160,000/year.Additional InformationWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
