IBEW Local 769 is a Labor Union that provides, representation the best benefit package, and great jobs to workers in the Electrical / Tele Data industry in the state of Arizona. Electrical Utility Civil and Underground construction work in the state of Arizona. We deliver the highest quality of workers possible.

IBEW Local 769. is looking for experienced Operators, to join our team. The workers are responsible for completing the work safely and with the highest quality of workmanship.

Work Experience includes, but is not limited to the following:

· Operate proficiently Skid Steer, Backhoe, Excavator, Mini Excavator, Digger Derick, Boom Truck. Trenching backfilling Assist crews in construction of Underground Systems when not operating equipment. Work harmoniously and safely with other crew members day to day to complete installation of underground systems.

Requirements:

  • Operators must have a minimum of 2 year of Civil Underground construction
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and a DVR acceptable to the company’s insurance carrier
  • Willing and able to work long hours and in varying conditions

Benefits:

  • Wage is dependent on Union classifications as minimum scales, according to Union agreement.
  • Employer paid health insurance dental, and vision @ $7.25 an hour
  • Employer paid Pension

Operator: Full-time

Pay: $24.72 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40-50 per week

Experience level: Determines Pay scale

Schedule:

  • 08-hour shift
  • 10-hour shift
  • 12-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time
